Tips for building your timeline

• List out all friends and family you'd like a photo with. Do your best to "brain dump" every variation.

• Plan about one minute for each photo variation.​​

• After you've brain dumped every family variation, I like to categorize photos into three tiers during three different parts of the day:

  • Pre-Ceremony – Your must-have photos. These are the people and moments that are most important to you.

  • Post-Ceremony – Your important photos. We'd love to capture these if time allows after the ceremony.

  • Reception – Your nice-to-have photos. These are often easy to capture candidly or can be grabbed throughout the celebration. This helps us prioritize your timeline and make sure we capture what matters most to you!

• Please include names next to each family member (for example: Bride's Mom – Emily Jackson).

• Add any special people or photo requests you'd like to include (for example, a cousin traveling from afar or a meaningful heirloom).

• If there are any family dynamics I should be aware of (such as divorce, loss of a loved one, a disability, people that don't get along), please include them so I can create a plan that feels comfortable for everyone.

• Don't stress about listing every possible photo! We'll capture plenty of candid moments throughout the day, and we're always happy to grab any last-minute photos at the reception.​ I GOT YOU!
