The number of people we can accommodate per hour depends on the style of headshot and how detailed we would like to get with posing, lighting, and expression coaching. A simple, consistent look allows for more people, while a more styled and guided approach allows for a more customized result.
Sessions can be hosted at your office with a studio backdrop and professional lighting, or we can create a more natural outdoor look depending on your brand and preferences.
Custom packages are always available! I am happy to tailor timing, style, and deliverables to fit your team’s needs.
Gallery Delivery
The turnaround time is 3 weeks. Once your images are ready, you’ll receive an online gallery where you can download all your high-res photos and order professional prints. The gallery also includes a “favorite” feature so you can easily access the ones you love most.
Usage + Rights
Final edited images include a commercial usage license for company marketing and business use. This includes websites, social media, email signatures, press releases, marketing materials, and internal communications.
Images are licensed to the purchasing company and may be used for promotional and professional purposes. Images may not be sold, transferred, or used for resale, third party advertising, or commercial products without additional licensing.
Lyndsie Smith Photography retains copyright to all images and reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Additional licensing options are available for extended or exclusive usage if needed.
