Please give an overview of your business. How the company started, how long you've been functioning, why did you start this?

What is the story behind your brand name?

What is your vision for your brand? What are your plans for the next 1, 3, 5 years?

Any other adjectives you'd like to add to describe your brand's personality?

What is the product/service you offer your customer? (Name, slogan, description)?

Please give a little more detail of your product/service. Why this product? What is the feeling of it? Where is it sold?

Who are your competitors and what makes your brand different?

What is your timeline for this project?

What are your expectations from the designer?

What are your criterias to call this project successful?

Is there any suppliers or stakeholders that the designer needs to work with?

Who is your target customer?Where do they live, what are their demographics (age, gender, family status, education, income status etc.)

Your service/product in target customer’s life: Which pain points of the customer your product solves? What is the added value to their life?

A little more detail...What are they driven by? What are their favorite brands? What are their reason to buy your product?

Guidelines: Are there any guidelines? What is the most important message that the design should give?

Admired brands: What are the brands you like? They do not have to be in your sector, just in general.

Likes: What are the designs/visual styles that you like? What is the look and feel you would like to see? The examples don't have to be related to your specific product. Please provide links or image

Dislikes: What you would not like to see in the design? Ex. any color or symbol you would like to avoid?

Competitors visual design analysis: Please critic the competitors’ designs. What are the aspects you like and you don’t like in their designs?

Support for Imagery:Is there a budget for buying imagery? Any stock photo web site membership? Can designer suggest a photoshoot for the product?
